By using SpiritFail, you agree to these rules. If you don't like them, please don't use the software. You are buying a license for personal use only — don't try to crack it or resell it.
We are not affiliated with SpiritVale or its developers. This is a third-party tool made for players.
Using a bot is against the rules of most games. We do our best to keep SpiritFail undetected, but we are NOT responsible if your account gets banned or suspended. Use it wisely.
We don't care about your personal data. We don't store your passwords or your game info.
The only thing our servers see is your license key and a hardware ID when you log in. This is just to make sure one key isn't being used by 100 people at once.
Any logs the bot makes stay on your computer. We don't see them unless you manually send them to us for support.
Since this is a digital license that works immediately, we generally don't offer refunds once the key is used.
If your key genuinely doesn't work and we can't fix it for you over Discord, we'll talk about a refund.
